We eat too much food with chemicals, dyes and preservatives and the body just can’t handle it.
Your gut spends a lot of time trying to digest the garbage you eat. The body only 2 hours to digest a salad. A hamburger? 3 days. As a result, you’ve got a lot of residue built up from the stuff your body couldn’t get rid of.

After 20 minutes, your liver will turn that sugar into fat.
By 40 minutes, that sugar is now raising your blood pressure and causing your pupils to dilate. At 45 minutes, dopamine jacks up your heart rate.
Drink too much of this stuff at once and you die of a heart attack.
