Tattoos are now widely accepted in mainstream society and the business world. Tattoo conventions are held in several countries and host tens of thousands of people over multi-day events.
Once upon a time, tattoos represented the culture of bikers, thugs and criminals and were a serious hindrance to employment.
According to research, having reasonable tattoos doesn’t keep a person from being hired.
Those who might never consider tattoos, such as grandparents, are going with their grandchildren to get matching ink.
Historically, Jewish cemeteries prohibited the burial of Jews with tattoos and now, even that practice is being reconsidered as some accept the faithful with ink for burial in sacred ground.
