Many kids who were repeatedly bullied from childhood through their teens ended up in prison as adults.
It’s my opinion that anti-bullying programs don’t work, but are more public relations than anything else.
Because we’re not really serious about bullying, bullies and their victims end up with serious lifelong consequences.
Kids who bully are depressed, anxious, possibly sociopathic or sadistic.
The bullied kids end up depressed, angry and ready to seek revenge on others who can be victimized. Because bullying cripples their development, they have few coping skills.
Demand that your school take serious action to help bullies and their victims because we just can't live with the consequences.
