Allergies can cause anxiety and depression which are mood disturbances and mood disturbances can make you vulnerable to allergies. When allergies start, people dread the suffering and become anxious, hopeless and helpless to stop it.
The chronic swelling in the sinuses builds, making anxiety and depression worse and the cycle goes on.
Then, “sickness behavior” which includes lethargy, loss of appetite, sleepiness, and concentration problems, cripples your life.
When all animals are sick, they show this behavior. It’s a protection created through evolution that’s designed to save energy.
Don’t suffer. Get serious about getting well and staying well.
See an allergist, follow their recommendations to the letter and give yourself some time to overcome the inflammation and live your life.
