Being overwhelmed by your newsfeed?
Give yourself a treat, go to UPS Dogs Facebook page, otherwise, continue with:
1. your typical routine to avoid "catastrophizing" ("the sky is falling!")
2. tap into yourself to monitor when you've become saturated
3. do something good for someone else (get depression fighter)
4. feel the feelings instead of avoiding them because it costs too much, emotionally, to avoid them
5. control the controllable,
6. reach out to others if you are overwhelmed
If your kids become aware of the same kinds of things that concern you. Teach them how you cope.

Listen to the show for more information about the reasons for this incredible increase in female predatory aggression, the "double standard" in terms of prosecution and the signs your child might be targeted.
Kids, Costumes and Halloween
Read the article I wrote about the developmental nature of kids and their fears. It will explain their fears about masks, costumed characters at theme parks, Santa, the Easter Bunny and clowns.
See you next Sunday!
