Here are the topics and resources/links we discussed today...
First, the fun stuff.
Yes, in NYC, the Casper mattress, frames, bedding and pillows company has set up a nap store called The Dreamery. You just mosey on in, put on a luxury set of PJs, wash your face and brush your teeth and pay $25 for a 45-minute nap! I want one of these in my house...oh wait, it's called "no kids at home"!
If you give birth tomorrow and name your baby Harland after Colonel Harland Sanders and are the first person to do so, you'll get $11,000 for their college fund! Why $11,000? To reflect their 11 herbs and spices, of course!
Tomorrow would have been Colonel Sander's 128th birthday, so bring on the babies!!

Shaquem will be playing alongside his twin brother, Shaquill, who is also starting on Sunday.
I hope that his parents are interviewed about how they helped him to achieve his dreams.
I also hope you let your kids see some of the game to show them a real life story of meeting a challenge and rising above.
Play on, Shaquem! You inspire us.
I talked about the following resources:
1. School Safety Solution
2. Teachers Pay Teachers (use the search bar for school safety)
3. Lollipops for Lockdown
I've made my case for the steps that need to be taken.
