They’ve adopted a monotone wardrobe of basic elements so they have fewer decisions to make about “what to wear”.
We make an enormous amount of trivial decisions daily and they’re costing us in terms of decision fatigue.
Our ability to make well-thought out decisions is finite. In other words, we can’t keep up this pace and still function effectively.
We blow up at co-workers and family, we get talked into buying junk food, goods and services we don’t need because we just can’t make one more decision.
What to do?
- Develop a look that defines you.
- Craft a morning routine that’s not exhausting before you get to work.
- Figure out what foods make you feel good and stick with them, consistently.
- Pack the fridge with the ingredients you like and go from there.
Reserve your brain power for the big ticket items in life.
