We’re also dissatisfied with our government, racial relations, unifying the country and the obvious lack of respect we have for one another.
We’re not as worried as we used to be about the economy and healthcare. But, ethics, moral, religious values and the decline of the family are still in the running.
Considering that we have our own microcosms of fear and dread, mainly the health of our families, this is a lot.
No wonder anxiety and depression are the fastest growing mental health diagnoses and the prescriptions for both are growing exponentially.
Take a “control the controllable” approach. Look around. What do you have control over and what steps can you take to improve your quality of life? Your family and your life are worth your effort.
